Overview

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field technical support trainee at toner.lk in Colombo. The Field technical support trainee will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing customer service and technical support on a daily basis. Tasks will include managing customer (Banks) technical issues, resolving printer and laptop issues, and coordinating timely deliveries and installations.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic hardware knowledge
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
A/L Diploma
