Overview

Responsibilities

● Attending to engineering & maintenance issues on a systematic level.
● Scheduling daily, weekly and monthly routine tasks in accordance with customer urgencies.
● Maintaining quality of after sales issues attendance with proper planning and preparation.
● Maintaining and negotiating on Operations and Maintenance agreement with customers.
● Negotiating and arranging necessary payments as per the nature of after sales attendance.
● Building up and maintaining solid rapport and relationship with customers.
● Achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI on a target.
● Preparation, developing and presenting relevant data in weekly meetings.

Qualification

● Minimum 1 year experience in electrical field.
● NVQ or related qualifications in the field of Electrical.
● Experience in solar will be an added advantage.
● Skill expertise and task priority.
● Problem solving skills & ability to build better customer relationships.
● Age between 25 – 40 candidate preferred.
● Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
● Positive working attitude with a result oriented-mindset.
