Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our HR and Accounts departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within HR and accounting functions, providing valuable assistance to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, including EPF and ETF contributions
- Assist the Accountant with daily financial tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Support the HR department with recruitment, employee records management, and onboarding
- Coordinate and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records
- Handle other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a management-related field is an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts and HR roles is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
