We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
Qualifications & Experience required
Minimum 5 Credit Passes including Mathematics & English for O/Ls, 3 Simple Passes for A/Ls
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist in coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth operations.
