Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medical services, training expertise, and the ability to inspire and educate future EMS professionals.
Qualifications & Experience required
Paramedic Training: Certification or experience in emergency services providing organizations.
Instructor Certification: Proven ability to train and instruct others effectively.
Driving License: Valid dual-purpose driving license.
MS Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, above average.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Training: Conduct engaging and hands-on EMS training sessions, teaching emergency protocols, life-saving skills,
and equipment use.
Evaluate Performance: Assess trainees through practical and theoretical exams, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Operational Support: Ensure safety compliance during training and maintain accurate training records using MS Office tools.
Emergency Driving Instruction: Teach safe driving practices for emergency vehicles (dual-purpose license required).
