👤 About the Role – Personal Assistant to the CEO
Are you organized, proactive, and thrive under pressure? Our CEO is looking for a right-hand person to manage schedules, handle communications, and keep everything running smoothly at the top level. 🧠✨
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🗓️ Organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule and calendar
📞 Manage calls, emails, and other communication professionally
🧾 Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries
✈️ Handle travel bookings, meeting logistics, and event coordination
🧠 Support strategic planning and confidential decision-making
🤝 Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams as needed
✅ Who You Are:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience as a PA/EA or similar role (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhala)
✔️ Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
✔️ Highly organized, efficient, and good with time management
✔️ Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information
✔️ Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude 💪
