Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team at Lets Go Maldives Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Develop clear and engaging job descriptions.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment trends and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Experience in remote hiring is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
