Overview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle the POS (Point on Sale) System – Issuing bills and stock management
* Serves customers by helping them to select products, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
* Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
* Responds to customers’ questions/ inquiries.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
* Creating and updating customer profile records.
* Processes payments by checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
* Manage social media sale campaigns (e Commerce site, Fb page, FB Market place and other online sales process). (Additional incentives will be paid based on revenues).
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
* GCE O/L or above.
* MS Office, Email, and Social Media.
* Sales/ Marketing knowledge.
* 1 year Experience in Sales/ Marketing or Cashier fields
* Age below 35 years.
* Language skills –Sinhala and English (Should be able to read and write, and have manageable speaking ability)
* Candidates settled closer to Kiribathgoda are preferred.
