Overview
Objectives of the Assignment:
The following may be included in the deliverables for this internship assignment:-
1. Collate, compile the required documents as per checklist and complete the e-filing
2. Collect the documents from new joiners, support in onboarding process as per the check list.
3. Assist the Office HR Team in implementation of the HRIS in MSF.
4. Formatting and entering the contents of the policy in the prescribed format for the policies to ensure the uniformity across the different policy documents. Do basic desk research on the policies if needed.
5. Provide support in drafting the Job Descriptions in specified formats, scheduling interviews and other recruitment related tasks
7. Any other work as assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Work Location:
Office Location: 3rd Floor, M2M Varenda Building, W.A.D. Ramanayake Mawatha, Colombo 2
Work Timing: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Department and Reporting Authority: HRBP – Office HR

Requirements
Skills:
- Background information & knowledge about HR Function is desirable
- Data entry and presentation skills
- Knowledge of using MS office package: MS Word, MS Excel is must and knowledge of Power BI and basic graphical designing tools will be an advantage.
- Graduate or pursuing masters or MBA in Human Resource/Psychology/Communications or related discipline is preferred
