Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Perform audits on financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Conduct detailed audits of QuickBooks entries and resolve discrepancies.
4. Support tax preparation processes and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
5. Assist in business planning and financial forecasting.
6. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
8. Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial procedures and controls.
9. Provide support during external audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of experience in accounting/auditing.
2. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
