The company is now seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Retailer / Tenant Relations to foster strong tenant partnerships and support business growth.
The Assistant Manager – Retailer / Tenant Relations will be responsible for managing relationships with retail and tenant partners, ensuring effective communication, resolving issues, and driving business success. The role involves organizing meetings, events, and celebrations while analyzing key performance data to support tenant satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and sustain effective relationships with retail/tenant partners through regular communication.
Collect and analyze feedback from tenants to identify areas of improvement.
Organize retailer/tenant celebrations, events, and business review meetings.
Conduct initial tenant meetings, fit-out/renovation sessions, and anchor tenant meetings as needed.
Resolve tenant-related issues by facilitating problem-solving meetings.
Collect and analyze monthly sales data for trading density analysis and report on tenant performance.
Ensure tenants comply with mall regulations and maintain consistent standards.
Regularly update the retailer/tenant database to track hierarchy changes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate tenant participation in mall events.
Conduct research to measure tenant satisfaction and business performance.
Organize annual meetings to strengthen relationships with key tenants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in retail management, tenant relations, or a similar role, preferably in a shopping mall or five-star hotel environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple events and meetings effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
