Overview

This role is responsible for leasing and managing promotional spaces within the mall, such as hoardings, banners, and temporary setups for external clients and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Leasing: Develop leasing plans for common spaces and branding opportunities. Identify potential clients (retailers, advertisers, event organizers), pitch to them, and negotiate contracts. Ensure timely collection of fees.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand promotional goals, and offer tailored space solutions. Conduct walkthroughs and follow up on new opportunities.
Operational Coordination: Oversee the setup and teardown of promotions/events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with terms, safety standards, and guidelines.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure client activities comply with mall policies and legal requirements. Draft leasing agreements, maintain accurate client records, and manage billing documentation.
Marketing & Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create promotional packages and campaigns. Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine offerings.
Market Research: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Stay updated on branding trends to attract high-profile clients.
Performance Metrics: Achieve revenue targets, maintain high occupancy rates, and ensure client satisfaction through repeat business and prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in SOH leasing, retail leasing, advertising sales, or event management. Proven track record of generating revenue.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; basic knowledge of contract drafting.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
