Overview
Our client is looking for dynamic individuals to join their team in the position of Executive Typist. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with legal documentation, we would love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
GCE O/L qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Proficiency in typing in both English and Sinhala with reasonable speed.
Knowledge and experience with MS Office.
Highly organized with excellent record-keeping abilities.
Familiarity with legal documentation is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Dispatching notice of arbitration and letters of demand for arrears facilities.
Engaging in typing, typesetting, and preparation of legal documents and correspondence with minimal supervision.
Preparing and maintaining legal records and reports accurately.
Meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
Location: Colombo 03
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (First and last Saturdays of the month – Half day, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM)
