Overview
Our client, a leader in investment, development, and property management, is seeking a skilled Manager – Leasing to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential tenants.
Prepare leasing proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize lease agreements.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential tenants.
Achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and leasing-related reports.
Draft letters and documentation related to the leasing process.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum undergraduate degree in a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in corporate sales, negotiation, or a similar role.
Experience in preparing budgets and projections.
Prior experience in office leasing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the local business community.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and well-presented.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
