MRF Lanka Pvt .Ltd. No:1,Dankotuwa Industrial Estate, Dankotuwa  is in the business of  Manufacture and sale of Tyre retreading Materials for domestic and export market since its inception in 2005. MRF Lanka Pvt.Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

We are on the lookout for Accounts assistant who will be assisting  Accounts department of the Plant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·      Carrying out routine work such as make all the Bank payment vouchers journals Dr/Cr notes Petty cash payments and updating the SAP system.

·      Reconciliation of Bank statement on daily basis.

·      Participation for month end Stock Counts with the production supervisors.

·      Follow up Customer collections, banking and outstanding details and reporting to the management. Preparation of BG letters and send reminder to the banks and respective Customers and file all necessary documents.

·      Follow up on  suppliers’ payments on time.

·      Submit necessary documents to the auditors and assist to the annual audit works.

Requirements:

·      AAT/CASL partly qualified from a recognized university / Institute.

·      Knowledge about SLAS.

·      Fare knowledge about Taxation and working with RAMIS (IRD System)

·      Minimum 1 or 2 year of experience in manufacturing companies as an accounts assistance.

·      Knowledge about SAP System would be advantage

·      Experience working in Excel, words.
