Job Description: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for marketing, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for women’s fashion. As a Business Promoter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our products, increase brand visibility, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers in the fashion and retail industry.
Organize and manage promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to showcase our products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials for social media, online platforms, and print media.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or business development, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
