* At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role in the hotel/hospitality industry
* Must have a pleasing personality / Good command of English language
* Experience in handling weddings and other events
* Excellent Communication, Organizing and Presentation skills
* Should be Initiative, proactive and ability to anticipate guests’ needs
* Good knowledge in Emails / Internet and MS-Office applications will be an added advantage
* Willing to work long hours and should be flexible
