We are seeking a dynamic HINDI SPEAKNG Tele Sales Executive to join our team. Fluency in Hindi is essential.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and secure sales. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with at least 3 months of sales experience who are looking to advance their careers and contribute to our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Lead outbound sales calls to promote our products/services.
Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Hindi or Malayalam is a must.
Minimum of 3 months experience in sales, telemarketing, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reside in or around Colombo.
Working days – Monday to Friday.
