Overview
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Negombo for a Travel/ Tour Coordinator at 369 Tours. As a Travel/ Tour Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and managing Hotel bookings, as well as handling customer queries related to flight bookings. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Prerequisites:
Older than 25 years
NEgombo area preferred
Minimum 1 years of experience in the travel industry
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes.
Working experience in travel industry systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages ( English / Sinhala)
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
Demonstrated professional customer service skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
