Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef with expertise in preparing authentic Sri Lankan dishes, complemented by a strong ability to create diverse cuisines. The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen team, ensure high-quality food preparation, and innovate menus while maintaining traditional flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic Sri Lankan dishes alongside a variety of global cuisines.
Develop and curate menus that blend traditional and modern culinary styles.
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, procurement, and staff training.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of dishes.
Stay updated with culinary trends to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef, with 5–8 years in professional kitchens.
Expertise in Sri Lankan cuisine is essential; additional experience with international cuisines is a plus.
Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
