Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for HVAC projects.
Conduct material take-offs and prepare comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQs).
Analyze project costs and offer value engineering solutions to optimize budgets.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and terms.
Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align cost management with project objectives.
Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
Skills:Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in cost estimation tools, MS Office Suite, and project management software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members.
