Overview

Key Responsibilities:

·        Deliver high quality customer service by responding to inquiries efficiently and courtesy.

·        Provide accurate and comprehensive information.

·        Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns and communicate them to relevant teams for improvement.

·        Offer technical support for all website and mobile application related inquiries.

·        Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

·        Continuously learn to keep up with changes and developments in services and procedures.

·        Maintain the confidentiality of company customer data and information.

Requirements:

·        20-35 years old candidates are considered.

·        A Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

·        1-2 years’ experience in IT or customer service are preferred.

·        Willingness to work according to a shift-based schedule.

·        Handle urgent inquiries, peak periods, and customer stress professionally.

Essential Skills:

·        Proficiency in operating web-based systems.

·        Fluent in English and proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.

·        Familiarity in AI tools such as ChatGPT.

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·        Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
