The Audit and Settlement Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of

inancial transactions, records, and settlements. This role involves performing audits, reviewing financial
documents, resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure),
and facilitating the timely settlement of transactions.
Job Description
 Conduct regular audits of payment transactions, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy,
transparency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
 Review and verify transaction records and receipts from payment department for discrepancies
and inaccuracies.
 Identify fraudulent findings, recommend corrective actions, and monitor follow-up actions to
ensure resolutions are implemented.
 Oversee the reconciliation and settlement of payment department transactions, including
deposit/withdrawal.
 Ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments, refunds, and adjustments between
departments, vendors, and customers.
 Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any fraudulent issues, discrepancies,
inaccuracies, or disputes.
 Perform data analysis on payment records to detect patterns, inconsistencies, or potential errors
that may require investigation.
 Assess risks related to payment transactions and operations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
 Communicate audit findings and issues clearly with supervisor/manager and provide guidance on
resolving discrepancies.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or any related field.
 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and equipment, including word processing,
spreadsheets, and email.
 Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
 Ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
 Good written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong understanding of financial processes, auditing techniques, and accounting principles.
 Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
