Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and strengthen our market presence. You will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about business growth and possess strong communication and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business growth.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
3. Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
4. Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve business operations.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
6. Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for clients and management.
7. Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.
8. Recruitment and develop entry level staff
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in Business development, Sales or Market Expansion.
2. Strong Networking, Negotiation, and Communication skills.
3. Experience in Customer Relationship Management and after-sales service.
4. Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage)
5. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
