Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our center in Kandy, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pranic Healing and Meditation, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for serving others.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage center operations, including staff supervision and development
– Coordinate workshops, classes, and events related to Pranic Healing and Meditation
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the center’s services
– Build and maintain relationships with instructors, students, and the wider community
– Ensure a peaceful and welcoming environment for all visitors
– Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling and finance
Requirements:
– Experience in Pranic Healing and Meditation
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of spiritual principles and practices
– Passion for serving others and promoting well-being
