We are looking for an energetic candidate who can work long term
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 |𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗙𝗧 (7.30 pm to 5.30 am)
☐ JOB DESCRIPTION :
– Making outbound calls , Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chats
– Ability to provide solutions to customer issues
– Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
– Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
☐ QUALIFICATIONS
– Should have excellent communication skills in TAMIL & ENGLISH
– Should possess Working experience at least for 1 year.
– Previous experience in Call Center / Customer Services will be an added advantage.
– Should have passed GCE Ordinary level & GCE Advanced Level examinations.
– Should be able to work night time (7.30pm to 5.30am).
– Age should be 21 years or above.
– Should have Computer knowledge.
☐ SALARY PACKAGE
– ✓ Rs 35,000 + Commission

☐ REQUIREMENTS
– A laptop/desktop with SSD hard drive
– Fluency in Tamil & English is a must!
– SLT Fiber Internet / Stable internet connection.
– Static IP
