Manager – HORECA

Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with deep-rooted connections in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) industry? We are a fast-growing, proudly Sri Lankan company specializing in high-quality spices and stationery products, and we’re looking for a HORECA Manager to lead our B2B segment with energy, insight, and passion.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ recent experience as a HORECA Manager (FMCG/spices preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Excellent PR with HORECA clients, especially supply chain managers
Proven ability to introduce and list new products quickly
Academic qualifications (SLIM, CIM, diploma) are an added advantage
Knowledge of market trends, B2B supply chains, and client management
Leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team are a plus
