Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive (Tri-Lingual: English, Sinhala, Tamil). The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering high-quality customer service, effective communication, and supporting sales activities.

 

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Customer support and customer service skills.

Ability to drive customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil languages.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
