Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer care through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in English is mandatory
Experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with Sri Lankan labor laws is a plus but not mandatory
