We are hiring for an International Call Center based in Colombo 04. We have openings in the following domains:
Outbound Sales
Customer Service
Chat Process
Job Responsibilities include the following:
Handling inbound or outbound calls as per the process.
A decent level of fluency is required for sales & customer service at all times.
Update system data and report any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Spoken Hindi is a must for the sales process only.
Willingness to work on a roster basis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
