Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join Steamsbury Tea & Coffee House. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and possess extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices. Additionally, familiarity with food preparation and handling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices.
– Prepare and present food items imcluding sandwiches, burgers, pasta etc.
– Operate and maintain coffee equipment and machinery.
– Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and handling payments.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
– Min. 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of coffee, tea, smoothie, and juice preparation.
– Strong knowledge of food preparation & handling
– Bartender experience will be an added advantage.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
