Purpose of the consultancy

Develop a guidebook to serve as an essential resource for individuals, civil society, and other organizations involved in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It equips readers with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively handle conflicts using ADR techniques. By summarizing key lessons, addressing challenges directly, and sharing successful strategies from real-life stories, this handbook offers practical solutions and accessible resources. From dispute identification, facilitation,
negotiation, to mediation frameworks, it empowers users to manage community disputes confidently and competently. Whether they are new to ADR or experienced, this guidebook serves as a valuable resource for anyone aiming to resolve conflicts peacefully.
The objective of the consultancy
1. Develop a guide book that documents the ADR process undertaken by the project capturing the methods used, challenges and lessons learnt in English. The document should be written and presented in an easy to read style.
2. Design and layout the finalized guide book incorporating easy to use design, infographics and other tools that would make the book visually appealing.
