“Youth as Active and Responsible Citizens” (YouthAct)
Search for common Ground (Search) is implementing 30-months’ project to address the challenges and opportunities for youth to play a more active role in promoting good governance and human rights in Sri Lanka. The overall objective of this project is to empower youths and youth-led organizations to collaboratively promote protection of democracy and inclusive governance. Search for Common Ground and The National Youth service council (NYSC) are jointly implementing this project with the support of 5 district level service providers to address social and cultural practices that keep youth from being a part of decision- making spaces.
Search Sri Lanka seeks a consultant or consultancy agency for develop five Issue Briefs based on issues and recommendations specifically relevant to five project districts identified through a process of consultation.
