Vacancies – Sea Food Restaurant-Colombo

Our client, a Restaurant Management Company is looking for following restaurant staffs for their newly opening high end Deluxe and Exclusive Sea Food fine dining restaurant to be open shortly in Colombo 6

The person we are looking for should have minimum 2 years’ experience in a star class hotel or in a reputed restaurant, within the age limit of 18-50 years with a smart and pleasing personality.

Good communication skills in English and additional foreign languages will be an added advantage.

·         Restaurant Manager

·         Sous Chef (Specialize In Sea Food Cuisine)

·         Chef de Partie – (Specialize In Sea Food Cuisine)

·         Commi Cooks – 1,2, & 3

·         Captains F & B

·         Cashiers (Male/Female)

·         Receptionist (Female/Male)

·         Waiters /Waitresses

·         Housekeeping Attendants (Cleaners)

·         Kitchen Helpers

Negotiable salary with on duty meal and accommodation will be provided to Male staff.  .   This will be a 12-12 operation restaurant with 9 hrs work per day; female candidates will be provided free food and transport after 10 pm within Colombo limits.
