Vacancy – Head of Engineering
Our client, a leading Restaurant Management Company currently operating few successful Restaurants in Colombo is looking for a “HEAD OF ENGINEERING” to oversee all the F&B operations and general maintenance.
The person we are looking for should be within the age group of 35-60 and ability communicate good English with managerial and administrative skills, 7–15-year years’ experience in supervisory capacity in a star class hotel or restaurant In Sri Lanka or Overseas is a must.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Qualified or partly qualified diploma or degree related to hospitality or F&B accreditation.
· Minimum Associate degree (University or Secondary level) or equivalent.
Preferred Technical degree from a recognized University level institute.
Knowledge of F&B / Star Class Hotel related equipment & systems is mandatory.
