Sensa Waste Solutions Ltd is a waste management company based with our head office based in Sheffield UK. We provide recycling waste services to businesses in the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking for a confident Telephone Negotiator to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. As a Telephone Negotiator your duties will include:
Responsibilities:
– Handle outbound calls to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
– Use persuasive and effective communication techniques to reach resolutions
– Resolve payment disputes and maintain positive customer relationships
– Provide insights on credit control to our accounts manager
– Follow company policies and procedures to find mutually beneficial solutions
– Meet daily and monthly targets for call volumes, collections, and customer satisfaction
– Handle potentially difficult conversations with sensitivity and professionalism
Requirements:
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
– Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
– Previous experience in customer service or negotiation roles is a must
– Being comfortable working to targets
– Minimum requirement of education – Graduate level
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 till 17.00 GMT – (UK time)
Job Type: Full-time
Wages: Basic wage, plus target driven commission
