Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Compile documentation for foreign employment applications following up with candidates and verifying the documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare letters, contracts, forms, and other documents professionally.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to verify candidate credentials.
- Provide support in the visa application process for selected candidates.
- Maintain organized databases and proper documentation.
- Provide necessary reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in documentation management, preferably in foreign employment.
- Familiarity with Sri Lankan immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
