Job Responsibilities

  • Compile documentation for foreign employment applications following up with candidates and verifying the documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare letters, contracts, forms, and other documents professionally.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to verify candidate credentials.
  • Provide support in the visa application process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain organized databases and proper documentation.
  • Provide necessary reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in documentation management, preferably in foreign employment.
  • Familiarity with Sri Lankan immigration laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
