Duties and responsibilities

·       Support for function of Human Recourse and Administration

·       Plan for Local and International recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely execution

·       Implement a human resource plan and personnel management policies and procedures

·       Controlling payroll to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy

·       Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization

·       Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure

·       Preparing various human resource related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company            policy

·       Manages conflicts and resolve complaints about or within the department

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.
