Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at SHARON’S HAIR & BEAUTY SALON in Nugegoda. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, scheduling appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
• GCE A/L qualification
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
Skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in salon management or a similar role
• Knowledge of hair and beauty treatments and trends
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Certification in cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus
