Our office is in Galle, Sri Lanka, and we are looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and support our efforts in helping businesses grow digitally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify emerging digital marketing trends.
• Assist in measuring and reporting all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs.
• Developing and setting up digital marketing strategies.
• Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
• Leading the Social Media Management Team.
• Management of Social Portals / Platforms (eg: YouTube, Facebook/Instagram/ LinkedIn etc.)
• Generation of Sales & Leads
• Implementation of new and Innovative Marketing Initiatives.
• Management of social media platforms for our brands
• Management of SEO/SEM/PPC and other digital Marketing spends
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Qualification in Marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design tools.
• 1 – 2 years of digital marketing experience, including running and managing Digital campaigns.
• Sound knowledge in PPC (social media advertising and/or page management experience ).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
