Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and qualified caregivers to work in the United Kingdom. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. Your role will help improve the quality of life for those in your care, offering assistance with daily activities, personal care, mobility support, and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
  • Provide mobility support and help with physical exercises.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring special dietary needs are met.
  • Administer medications as directed and ensure proper health monitoring.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any health changes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a healthcare setting (preferred but not mandatory).
  • IELTS minimum 5 in each band
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
  • Knowledge of English (both spoken and written) at a conversational level.
  • A valid caregiver qualification, such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (preferred).
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.
