Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Executive who is fluent in English and Korean to join our client who is leading a social media and technology company based in Malaysia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through chats, emails, and phone calls, ensuring a seamless user experience.

What will you do:

● Provide high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and telephone channels.
● Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.
● Communicate effectively in both English and Korean, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions.
● Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to users.
● Document and escalate customer feedback and issues to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
● Uphold company values by delivering outstanding service and representing the brand positively.

Who are we looking for:

● Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory).
● Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Korean(mandatory).
● Previous customer service experience is an advantage, preferably within the social media, technology, or related sectors.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
● Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
● Candidates must be willing to relocate to Malaysia; relocation assistance will be provided.
