We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Executive who is fluent in English and Japanese to join our client, a leading social media and technology company based in Malaysia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through chats, emails, and phone calls, ensuring a seamless and outstanding user experience.
What Will You Do:
● Provide high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and telephone channels.
● Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.
● Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and excellent service delivery.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to assist users effectively.
● Document and escalate customer feedback and operational issues to relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction.
● Uphold the company’s standards by providing exceptional support and positively representing the brand.
Who Are We Looking For:
● Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory).
● Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Japanese(mandatory).
● Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally within the social media, technology, or related sectors.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
● Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
● Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia; relocation assistance will be provided.
