We are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors in Dubai:
Position 1 – Pre-Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description includes:
Tender Management
• Understand and develop tender process for a Developer
• Review and audit Cost Consultants documents to ensure they are in line with the tender
• Review and audit Design Consultants documents to ensure they are in line with the tender
• Coordinating with Design and Cost consultants for query responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to gather necessary information for bids
• Should be well aware of construction rates of Dubai market
• Should have sound knowledge of FIDIC 1999 and 2017
• Should be able to close award of contract
Skills:
• IT proficiency
• High level of English proficiency
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Terms and conditions:
• Salary – AED 16,500.00 per month all inclusive. Increment of AED 1,200.00 after completion of probation of 6 months
• Working – 5.5 days a week
• Visa and insurance from company
• Dubai based position
• Candidate to have license and car
• Overall experience of 12 years
• Should have minimum 5 year’s experience of working with either Developer of Cost Consultant
• Qualification – Engineer or BSc in Quantity Surveying
Third-party recruitment fees:
AED 3,000.00 per candidate to be released after 15 days of appointment
