Accounts Executive
Job Requirements
- Oversee the handling and reconciliation of petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system promptly and accurately, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
- Manage the depositing of company funds into bank accounts, maintaining proper documentation and security protocols.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that company records align with bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in compiling and preparing final accounts, contributing to the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
Qualifications and skills required.
- A degree in Finance or be partly qualified in AAT, CA, CIMA, or ACCA
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial operations or accounting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Send your CV now…
