Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a flair for marketing, and excels in customer relationship management. A significant part of your role will involve social media marketing, managing our website, assisting in operations related to book orders, and creating engaging content using various tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns to promote our online bookstore and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience and creating compelling content.
    Maintain and update the website with new products, promotions, and engaging content to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Create engaging social media content using different tools and software, including graphics, videos, and interactive posts.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist in operations related to book orders, including processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create social media content using different tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • experience in social media marketing, website management, and customer relations, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector will be an added advantage.
