Overview
Responsibilities
•Contribute to achieving productivity, efficiency and utilization of KPIs of the department.
•On-time delivery and quality service.
•Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems by following the proper diagnostic procedures.
•Ensure the highest standards of quality of workmanship by conducting quality control and/ or a road test for all completed repairs
•Keep the workshop clean and tidy while tools are kept in place in order to maintain health and safety standards (PPE etc.)
Requirements
•3 to 4 years overall experience in an automobile dealership or a reputed multi-brand workshop out of which a minimum of 3 years should be in the general service as a Workshop Supervisor.
•A degree/ Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.
•Should possess a valid driving license.
