Overview
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Assist in managing and coordinating academic schedules for tutors and students.
Support in developing educational content and materials.
Communicate with tutors, students, and parents to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any issues.
Monitor and track the academic progress of students and provide reports.
Help organize virtual workshops, sessions, and other educational events.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the effective delivery of lessons.
Help with administrative tasks and project management as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
A strong interest in education and academic coordination.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational tools is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field.
