Role Overview
As an HR & Administrative Intern, you will work closely with the HR and Operations team, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with educators and management while developing valuable HR skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
Help create and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in scheduling, communication, and administrative support.
Work with management to ensure a positive work culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Passion for education and HR practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
