Location – Chenkalady, Batticaloa.
The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of our farm to achieve optimal productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture, hands-on farming experience, and a deep understanding of modern farming techniques. This role requires strategic planning, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of modern farming practices, crop management, and agricultural machinery.
Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
